About Seller Snap

Seller Snap is a leading B2B SaaS platform helping Amazon sellers and eCommerce businesses grow through algorithmic pricing optimization, automation, and advanced analytics. We build tools that power high-volume operational and pricing decisions for thousands of
marketplace sellers worldwide.

We’re looking for a Head of Product to help define the next stage of the company, take ownership of product leadership from the founding team and CEO, drive the platform forward, and help scale the business as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy in partnership with the CEO and founders

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities, customer needs, and technical constraints

  • Partner closely with leadership on pricing, packaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and company direction

  • Work closely with R&D, Design, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Leadership to drive alignment and execution across the business

  • Own product management across the full platform, including customer-facing products, internal tooling, core systems, and growth initiatives

  • Translate roadmap initiatives into clear product requirements for R&D, including functional mocks and prototypes using AI tools where relevant

  • Establish product methodologies and data-driven practices that improve prioritization, decision-making, and execution across the platform

  • Own competitive analysis, identifying where we differentiate and where we need to evolve

  • Define and track product success metrics across adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer impact

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience across at least two product roles, including at least one in B2B or
    B2SME products
  • Experience owning platform products such as SaaS platforms, developer tools,
    infrastructure products, analytics platforms, or internal tooling
  • Already using AI tools to significantly improve your product management workflow and
    output
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and product trade-offs
  • Able to move between strategy and execution without losing momentum
  • Clear communicator with strong product intuition and high ownership
  • Fluent in English – both verbal and written

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce SaaS, especially third party seller marketplace ecosystems
