Who Are We Looking For

The Influencer & Performance Marketing Manager will own Seller Snap’s paid influencer efforts, with a primary focus on driving qualified leads. This role is responsible for building the strategy, systems, and execution framework required to scale influencer marketing as a predictable growth channel. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, paid media fluency, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build Seller Snap’s paid influencer marketing strategy end-to-end, with a clear focus on lead generation.

  • Build pipelines and workflows to attract, retain, and engage relevant influencers.

  • Maintain a steady flow of UGC and whitelisted content aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Source influencers and partners, establish relationships, and negotiate commercial agreements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners, providing ongoing resources to optimize their performance.

  • Own the growth experimentation backlog: identify opportunities, prioritize tests, define success metrics, and ensure high-quality execution of content and campaigns.

  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine strategy and identify new partners.

Nice to Have

  • Background working with YouTube influencers.

  • Experience in the Amazon seller or marketplace ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with SEO and on-page or content optimization best practices.
