Seller Snap’s client has been selling on Amazon since late 2016. After trying a variety of other repricers, they chose to come on board with Seller Snap in September 2017. They had searched extensively for a repricer that used an AI solution. After discovering Seller Snap, they felt the 15-day free trial was crucial to see if it was a good fit. They liked the fact that Seller Snap pro-actively looks for pricing opportunities automatically, where a rule-based repricer would not have this capability.
The company sells around 800 branded FBA goods in multiple Amazon categories, but primarily home improvement. They have been able to scale their company enormously with the help of Seller Snap.
As well as loving the AI based repricer, the company takes advantage of the opportunity to set up repricing presets to find a solution for all different types of competition. With over 30 presets already created, they use the conditions to allow for different repricing methods to kick in automatically; at different times of day, when certain competitors come onto the listing, if Amazon is present on a listing, and so on. They are also widely using the SFP configurations that Seller Snap have set up to allow them to always be competitive when competing against Seller Fulfilled Prime.

Creating your own customized reports within the UI, without having to do searches or reconstruct the columns or date, allows them to take a problem and look at it quickly. This feature, called Views, addresses each operational need for example: out of stock listings/ listings without the Buy Box/ listings competing with Seller Fulfilled Prime/ ordering needs etc.

Before joining Seller Snap, the business was turning over around $33,000 a month from 1,500 ordered items.
Since subscribing to Seller Snap, the business has now reached sales of 25,000 items per month.
This equates to revenue of over $1,000,000 a month. An increase of nearly 3,000%, which was reached in 11 months!
On average, the revenue growth month on month was 22%.
In just over a year, profit has gone from $8,000 per month to $180,000; an increase of over 2,000%.
Month on month, the profit growth was 30%.
